I absolutely adored the beautiful decorations in Jo'S Place! The garden was a haven of tranquility, filled with cozy corners and lovely touches. It was a joy to relax and soak up the warm sunshine. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was delightful to have a room with a view of the garden. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making it a comfortable and cozy retreat. The kind and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. They were like my own grandchildren, always ready to lend a hand. Lastly, I greatly appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was, allowing me to bring along my furry companion. Many blessings to them!
If I could suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have clearer communication about breakfast timings. It would have been helpful if we were informed upon check-in that breakfast finishes promptly at 9 am.

The decor at Jo's Place was charming and cozy, with beautiful Andean carpets and local artwork adorning the walls. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for senior people like me. The hotel's accessibility was also top-notch, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, ensuring that seniors could move around comfortably and safely.
Better assistance from the staff to cater specifically to the needs of senior people would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

Loved the view from my awesome room, hot water that turns you pink, reliable wifi downstairs for skyping, movie room, and camping area for budget travelers.
Who needs a proper kitchen with a sink, counter, and two gas eyes when you can have a carpeted toilet seat cover? So fancy!

Amazing value for money, with beautiful gardens and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to the main road yet on a quiet street. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, they are pet friendly which was a huge bonus for us.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of fruits and options.

The room at Jo's Place was amazing! It had a balcony with a breathtaking mountain view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The communal kitchens were a great bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals and save some money. The free WiFi was reliable and the 24-hour room service was a convenient perk. a fantastic stay!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the limited housekeeping. It would have been nice to have regular cleaning service during our stay.
